why do GMs get to change the rules
In order to take full action against hackers we must analyze a replay file in as evidence. Match replays can be saved in Cross Fire by clicking the "Save" button on the results screen after the match is over. Once saved, this file will appear in "C:\Users\username\Documents\Cross Fire\Replay". You will then need to host the file at a location where we can download it. We suggest uploading the file to www.megaupload.com or www.mediafire.com. Submit this link in the contents of a support ticket along with the suspected hacker's in-game name, the date the replay was taken on, and any other additional information or screenshots you might have.

A screenshot of the player list is also acceptable. Press Tab and screenshot the list of players. - For all other reports we accept screenshots but you must include as many as possible to make your case (limit of 6 please).

That means the EXACT IN GAME NAME, when you think they were hacking, what kind of hack you think they might have been using.
Also when including Clan Match Replays please state which opposing Clan Members IGN's are the ones you think are hacking. - Host the Files online at a site like megaupload or mediafire.
Send the links to the files in the PM so we can download them. - DO NOT use Youtube or User Made Videos (avi's etc) or any other files other than *.cfr files and screenshot files.

I would say that its pretty clear that you are required to submit at least 1-2 screenshots. That being said, the replays are the most important element in the report. Screenshots alone are not useful at all, but a replay will always show a hacker in action. -

will im only asking cause ive turned in allot of hacks that r so odiously hacking my little son could tell they hack no way to mistake it but yet they dont get bann so i was told it might be because i didnt submit the required screen shots or some thing like that but z8 dosent require u too submit them , so im trying to figure out why they r not getting bann and who else can i submit them to to be reviewed im starting to think saidin cant handle it all or he has favorite that he dosent bann -
Replays take time to review. Think about how many players are playing this game. Now imagine how many reports get sent in daily. You have to realize that there is a limited number of people reviewing the replays, and they are doing their best to make sure that hackers are getting banned and innocent people are not.

i know i am becoming one of the most hated ppl on the forums but im sick of hackers getting away with hacking ill be more than happy to let every one watch the replays and see if they side with them not hacking or if they side with yes they r hacking how r they not bann cause they r obviously hacking any one can see it

well i do realize this but these r ppl that have been turned in over a month ago or more ive given time for them to be reviewed and others have been bann that have been turned in way after these ppl -

Meaning if their obviously hacking they will get banned, the screen shots are for more harder cases in looking at the reports E.G if you could get a screen shot of someone knifing you while you cant seem then and also the 6 kill combo thing appearign over and over in the top right that would help but thats a bad example as a knife hacker wouldnt really need a screen shot as it'd be obvious.

You're only saying that because you also have horrible spelling.
I don't take screenshots of the game but provide their full usernames. However, if they don't banned an ODIOUS hacker because I did not provide a screenshot of the game, it's their problem. -
