You have been demoted, for doing something bad e.g exploiting glitches, bugs, etc, And im sorry to say you'll have to earn your butter bar, they wont just give you it back, unless it was sort of game glitch and not your fault. GOOD NEWS, is you can get all the rank bonuses again:)
