GMs read this
with a lot of dissatisfaction I come here to create this topic.
I loose the password of my original account, and already passed FIVE days that I'm trying to recover my account and you did nothing.
I sent lots of tickets, I did 2 topics in the forum, sent message to the GM's and my account is still lost.
I'm getting nervous about the attention given by you. You are too slow with the service.
Even if you don't return my account, at least respond and not ignore.
So far your services aren't pleasing.
I hope that this topic doesn't get into the oblivion.
I WANT AN ANSWER, AND MY ACCOUNT AGAIN.

And 5 days mite seem like a long time for you lol but when there getting flooded with thousands of emails to short though and problem solve every hour of every day then yeah... kinda hard for them to do it all in a short time:P either wait a bit more or send in a new ticket just encase it got missed i guess... you should save your pw's in a private folder on your pc in a word document if you have your own pc and not a public one
