My first time buying a gun in the item mall and it was a m4 silver I click buy now then buy now again and i check my profile and it wasnt there then i went to my items and i didnt even see the m4 silver in there.

To make sure it went through you can..

Click "clan" then click on "my profile" then click on Logs on the right side. Then for Log type put BP log, the m4 silver should show up on there, if not then it didnt go through. If it did then screenshot it and send in a ticket to z8.
