he's alright, he needs less recovery time when activating.

It's not as sexy as the Maiden character, that's a point contra Smoke character. The smoke is not bad, you can hide some Mutants and rush the soldiers then.
But it is a fail when your enemy has a Gatlin Gun, Smoke is a little bit larger than the other special characters so a soldier can repel it pretty easy.
