Most likely you can just run CF and it will auto patch.

Just run CF as you normally would and then the auto-patcher should start working :]

Unless you have a really active virus protection or firewall on, you really shouldn't have any problems just using the regular CF Patcher.

My patcher kept freezing so i had to download it again. I waited like 8 hours and it was stuck in one spot the whole time! so i just redownloaded it
