Xtrap problems

guys, a friend of mine has a problem with Xtrap
avira antivirus, he tried to turn it off... didn't work
after he enters the game (he can login, join servers and even play a bit, but after a few minutes Xtrap gives him an error saying)
abnormal behaviour error code:
31-0300-*****-222 (..etc i didn't catch)

we tried his account on my computer, it worked normally, i tried my account there, it crashed, im completely positive he doesn't have any sort of hacks or anything, any help?

hes using windows vista
what should he do?
