As far as I know, it's a foreign expression, so I doubt it has anything to do with snakes or with the Bank of America.

this brazilian is correct, i have noticed other such brazilians that, unlike this one, had no knowledge of verbal communication so they used spam as their main mode of communication.

this gladened my heart for it was positive spam.
