Rule Amendment:

Ties.

If teams tie they will be expected to play a 5 vs 5 Search and Destroy game on any NON CLAN SERVER (mutually agree on a server and who creates the game) on the map 'Port'.

This game will be played as a race to 5 to declare the winner.

Dear Saidin

I believe it is not a good idea to have a race to 5 on an S&D map. Both the teams would like to be the BL to get the obvoius advantage.

A 40 kill TDM would be much more fair.

Hope you shall consider.

Unfortunately it's too late to consider a change.

Teams will have to deal with that fact if a tie occurs. We will look to change the ruling for future tournaments.

i didn't notice that... how do you expect us to mutually agree when being on the BL side gives you an advantage? I'm not giving my opposing team the chance to be BL... no way.

There is no massive advantage guys.

The rule stands. The map will be port in the event of a tie.

Play to win, and not to tie in your regular match! That way you can avoid it!

They both have advantages depending on what your clan is good at.

Some clans are amazing defenders, some have amazing BL strats.

Practice harder and be good at everything, if your not, dont try and say You are the best.

Honestly please stop posting. During the last tournament the tie breaker rule was 40 kill TDM I can tell you it is the worse idea ever. Basically if one team gets a random kill streak its game over. Not to mention this is a SnD tournament, you wouldn't have 5 rounds of SnD for the tie breaker in a Ghost Mode tournament would you? Its just a stupid idea.

TDM and SnD often are based around different skill sets and different play styles, while many SnD players can do quite well in TDM those that do not care may not know specific nade spots etc how to peak corners and so forth. I could keep going, but there is a reason they didn't do 40 kills TDM this time around.


ps: The fact you would prefer to take BL on any map clearly displays your lack of understanding of this game.
