Loading Slow

Hello everyone. I am a user playing recently and I have a problem: when I select the channel it takes a lot of time or quit the game. If I get when I enter a room there is always the same problem: it takes two hours to load . But this problem happens if I play before 12:00 or after 24:00. Depends on whether the game in Italy? I have a fast connection and it seems strange to go slow.
