Community Problem - Please do something about it

Z8 Games, it seems you need handle half of community's anger management issues. No one seems to be paying attention to the Rules and Conduct -> http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?p=35#post35

Never insult any person or group of people on the forum.

I'm just saying, because it seems as if no one seems to give respect to one another in the community (or thats what I see in most of the posts I view). I always see insults, bad remarks, and so on the forums. Why are these abominable members not getting any warnings for breaking the Rules and Conduct?

Down below this post, I bet this topic will probably get insults or understandings for my thoughts about the community. =(

they get a warning ( infraction ), then they get banned ( i think temp. )

and the ppl that do, r immature kids, or some1 having a bad day and is angry, or drunk ( not naming names )

ive been on the forums fdor a while, ive only seen 3 ppl so far that r having a bad day,
