i went to buy ZP about 5 days ago and i did 17 dollar purchase and it said transaction was declined by your bank... then all the sudden today it said i paid 17 dollars but i didnt get my ZP... i want my ZP or my money

PS: after that failed i bought 9 dollar zp

dude you made me laugh options:
1) make a support ticket
2) make your posts less funny
3) stop failing XD
but i usually take a pic of something i buy so if it fails i will show my "proof of purchase"

well it said the 17 dollars failed so i thought i didnt have enough so i tried 9... and it charged for both so if they dont gimme my god damn ZP i want my money back

Ic0nMODx, please send in a support ticket with the following:

1. the specific date/time of the issue
2. the specific amount paid
3. the specific payment method used (paypal, paybycash, etc.)
4. any transaction or receipt ID's you may have been sent (most likely in your email, check your spam folder)

with that information we would be able to track down any missing payments and get the points added to your account asap.

Now on a side note, I did see that you did add the specified amounts at about the specified time and it did all go into your account fine and were used fine but without specific information it would not be possible to confirm this and also I can not even post here the information for you to check since that is private. Please use support tickets and we will get back to you from there.
