Mail Problem, z8games wont send me Email

I forgot my security question, so, tried to recover it, it asked me for my email, so, I typed my email address in
And I never got the mail from z8games. So, I tried again, and again, and again. And still no mail?!

I’m not sure what’s wrong, but I’m just not getting the mail.

I am using Microsoft outlook 2007, Could that be the problem?

I know z8games send mail, because I have another account on crossfire, and i typed in my email for that account on the lost account information thing. and i got an email on that account. but, the email on that account is yahoo mail

Please, I just want to know my Security Code.

Ill do anything to prove i'm the actual owner of this account

send a support ticket and give gm's the following:ip address of the pc that u created the account and the creation date of account.thats what my friend did and they gave it to him :P

all i can think of, if that doesnt work, send a support ticket

I give the gm's my ip address?
I have sent alot of support tickets and no one replies.
what dose this have to do with my ip adress?

it will take some time, they get alot and hard to get to every single one
