Spyware Doctor

Incase if you don't know what a spyware is:
A spyware is a type of computer virus that is design to hack into your comp (not hack exactly, it will sneak into your computer from a download if you are not protected), stealing info, and damaging your computer. Some spyware are in a form of "anti-virus"... they are like the following: Security Master AV, Security Tool.

Main Topic:
Have you ever been struck by a spyware? Once I was struck by Security Tool. It blocked out anything that is running or anything downloading. 2 days after I got the spyware, I restarted my PC. when Windows opened, I noticed that Security Tool wasn't running yet. I immediately turned on my Task Manager. When It started to run, I closed it with my Task Manager.

Later I went to download Spywere Doctor. After a half-an-hour download, It starts scanning. It had found those virus. but theres a problem. I press the remove them now button, and it opened this link to PCTools webpage. It said I have to pay money in order to remove that spyware. Luckily I removed it after by formatting my computer and saving my files. :p

Heres a big question... Don't you guys think The company that made Spyware Doctor (PC Tools) created many spywares (Security Master AV, Security Tool, etc.)? I had this theory they created these spywares, have them infect your computer, then make you download Spyware Doctor, and takes money away from you when you remove the spyware. I think they try to scam your money.
So what do you guys think?
