People spamming "PRESS F11 FOR FREE COOKIES!!!" or other sentences longer than 4-5 words in row decreases fps very much.There should be limit like 1 or 2 lines per 10sec or something like that.When my fps drops its impossible to shoot someone (~40fps when spam).

4GB ram
ATi Radeon HD 4600 series
Win 7
That should be enough to play CF without lag or wut?
