Best Frames Per Second??

I am using XFire and i want to record a video but when ever i do i always lagg and i do bad, Can someone tell which is the best Frames Per Second to use is the choices they have are "25, 30, 60 and 100" which 1 is the best to use?? Plz Help Me, (BTW) I use WIFI

60 frames per second unless your computer can handle more. If you are posting this your computer probably can't even handle recording in the first place.
