The exact date has not been set. The Devs are fixing the bugs that the new patch would have brought with it. It will be done within 2 weeks. More than days but less than weeks, as Saidin put it.

My guess is that they just shifted the patch one week forward. I'm assuming we'll have the patch notes up next Tuesday and the actual content will be added on Thursday.
