I got a diffrent problem. I did a thing on Super Rewards that makes me turn my cell phone money in to zp. Guess what happened! They said I already recived the zp and arn't resonding after 8 hours wow their service is sooo good. I just need 4 more coupons to get kriss super V in crossfire, right now im am soo ****ed off by their service I hope
z8's service is better............I sent z8 a support question and its been around 3 hours.....this is what I learned you should get zp from paypal or Ultimate Game Card both worked so well for me.

It sometimes takes a little bit of time for the ZP to get transfered into your account. It can take up to 20 hours :O

If you're stupid enough to spend 10 dollars for 4k zp when you can just find a way better survey, or buy ZP straight from z8games and get 10k, then you deserve to get scammed. Wait a while, and then contact them. It says it can be delayed by whatever time, I forget how long. Wait a day atleast, and then contact their support with proof.

And as for this, they don't just have YOU to help. They have other customers to help, seeing as how some surveys don't work right away. I've always been rewarded on every survey i've done that I contacted their support with proof I did the survey. You just have to be patient, 8 hours? It clearly says within 3 days. Stop being so impatient.

I had a similar problem, but on Gambit.
Spent about $30 for 30k ZP using my cell. Never received the ZP and sent in a support ticket after the first day. For the first 3 tickets I sent in they said "We'll talk to the company with the offer," then ignored me for a month. 3 weeks later I make a support ticket to Z8Games, who notifies Gambit. Took a week for that to process, but I finally got my 30k ZP.
Epic companies are epic.

Rofl. If you send a support ticket to Z8 they will reply saying that its not their responsibility and that you should contact whoever you bought it from, in this case super rewards.

Except when the company fails to do what they're supposed to and ignore you, Z8 can send an inquiry that [I think] gets read quicker.
