Surveys pros.pls Help me (SuperRewards)

I got banned from SuperRewards ,no surveys anymore.
that was my fortune surveys in there.
friends told me to reinstall windows to remove traces/
changed my email in z8games too.nothin workin.

What should i do to get SuperRewards back.:(
