Why the clans loose on some days points?

You search button its already been asked and i dont know it hasnt happened to my old clan:/

once a week u get a percentage of points taken away this way the clans ranks wont be based on how long the clan has been playing
and it also helps move dead/disbanded clans down the list giving newer clans a chance
