It does not matter really
because when you do SpeedTest
you choose the server that you want to test with
I think CF server is at Toronto Canada so if you test in that server it should be close to what ping you get in-game

from SpeedTest I got ping of 102 but in-game I always get around 52. so yeah it's not even reliable for me -

im in North Wales, and my ping gets worse in west coast, hope UK server comes out soon ^_^ -
