Z8 games Failz again

My account [Mr]hots got hacked 2 weeks ago and ive send in a support ticket (forgot my Email) didnt write down creation date and My Ip changes quite ofently because i put off the modem every day i have prove its my account cuz the hacker (dont know who) directly changed clan and dos not speak Dutch (I do i live in belguim) + Z8 games wont belive me i think i'll just quit it and leave this place for ever!

PS: iff u dont belive i'm dutch my last clan was Epic dutch now changed to Dutch stars u can ask them iff my acc [Mr]hots is dutch speakin i hhate Z8games for this

A few things here.

First off, accounts don't get hacked. Information becomes lost or compromised.

The reason this information gets lost is for many reasons, but they are never the fault of Z8Games.

Using a hack with a keylogger, giving away information, or not properly remembering it when you made an account is all the fault of the user.

Z8Games takes no responsibility for accounts that become compromised through one of these avenues. It is not Z8Games' responsibility to "remember" your information for you. Nor is it our responsibility to expect you to keep that information to yourself.

If what you're saying here is true, that you didn't remember the registered email you made your account on, and you don't have any transaction history on the account (ZP history). Then there is nothing we can do to return the account. There is no proof that your story is correct, and because of the above, the account could only have been compromised through your fault.

Hopefully this explains this situation better.

Ik heb je post gelezen, en ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat [GM]Saidin gelijk heeft.
Je moet zelf opletten voor je account en ervoor zorgen dat niemand jou gegevens krijgt.
Hacken is haast onmogelijk als je een degelijk wachtwoord hebt. Des te minder kans om gehackt te worden als je je paswoord tegen niemand zegt.

I read your post and, to be honest, I think [GM]Saiden is right.
You have to pay attention to your account, and make sure nobody gets your information.
Hacking is almost impossible if you have a decent password. The chance of being hacked is even smaller if you don't tell anybody your password.
