In the event of a full crash (server full), you should be playing from the current score up to the round you played.
Example:
Team A is playing Team B
Team A wins the first half 9-5
The second half starts and the score is 0-3 for Team B, when the game crashes on the 4th round (a game crash in this case constitutes the entire team of either side if not both).
The game should be restarted on the second half, with the score 9-6, and should end with either team B getting 6 more rounds on this half (for a full total of 9), or team A winning 9 rounds (for a full total of 9).
Again, The staff is aware that while such a full drop is rare, such a thing could happen. If this is the case, do try to follow this example if possible. If a team is not trying to be sportsmanlike in regards to issues like this, you always have the option of reporting issues to the staff running the tournament.
and as one more addition to this. If one player gets dropped, this does not constitute a restart. this situation will only apply if an entire team is disconnected.
