i dont think 5k BP. I think it should be 10k GP since some ppl dont buy lots of ZP

bags 1,2 are perm
bag 3 you have to buy to get perm(5k bp)
bags 4,5 you buy with gp like the ones you buy for bag 3,4

5k BP... Ok but not everyone has that much to spare... (I'd buy m4 and ak first)

a better idea IMO that was suggested earlier is to get a 3rd bag
when you reach a certain rank (or badge reward).

MODs and GMs can see the IP, that`s correct. But they can only see it next to the post, that means they see what IP the posting person used. They can`t track it by pressing a button or so.
