When you go to support, you click on contact history and your ticket will be there. Either showing: Open, Replied, or Closed.

All tickets get read at some point. Sometimes it will take a while due to the fact that it based on a queue system.

Make sure you supply proper information when doing tickets like this. Times, items bought, when you used them, what clan you used them on, and what ever else you think might help. Many people send in tickets that just don't provide enough info do act apon.

if its 1 month ago, they cant do anyhing about it,
