[Request]Free Z8 Point big problem..

Hi all
At the first thanks but i have a bad problem when i click at The "Earn Free Z8 Points"

it's get's me a Blue box in the Survey when i click at it i had this
:
Error This offer is not available at your area (something like that)
so what's problem
Well :
Country : Egypt
so idk why
but There is something is called
"Free To play"
so when any thing new comes that means all free players will get it ..
so
Q:I Was Asking how do i resolve that problem
2ndQ:If i can't can i trust any Mod or admin to get to my account to complete my survey..
Please: ineed that M4a1-Adv please .. help
