Game has virus.

Everytime I download this game I get a good few solid playing hours in and then AVG tells me there is an infected file, it then moves the file to the virus vault and when I try to log back in it says server unstable, unable to validate information. I pity da foo' who is tryin' to end my computer. My computer end you.

  • Try to pity your Anti-Virus.

    Crossfire isn't Virus Infested :)
  • AVG is known for picking up false 'viruses' and trojans with CrossFire. It's completely safe, don't worry.

In future, turn off your firewall and anti-virus whenever playing or installing CrossFire.
  • You are using AVG, that's an horrible anti virus.
  • lol AVG isnt horrible

    1. Open your anti-virus and click TOOLS, on the sub menu of tools click ADVANCED SETTINGS.

    2. a new window will pop up with names look for the one that says RESIDENT SHIELD it will have a + next to it click the + now on the sub menu it will have advanced settings and exceptions click EXCEPTIONS.

    3. now once you click exceptions a box will appear in the middle with 5 buttons on the right side click ADD PATH and a new window will pop up.

    4. go to MY COMPUTER > WINDOWS/LOCAL DRIVE (C > PROGRAM FILES > Z8Games once Z8Games is highlighted click OK you will then return to the window with the add path button.

    5. Once you have returned click Apply and your anti-virus/firewall will let it run.
