Quick PlaySpan Question.

Mailing used to have a $5 extra mailing fee. So if I wanted to buy 100,000 Z8 points for $80, I used to have to send in around $85 more or less. Now when using PlaySpan, the fee just says 79.99. Does this mean there is no longer an extra fee?

if it doesn't say more money, there is no fee
i remember when i used ultimate game card, the fee was really high, now i use rixty cards and there is no fee
