Where's the M16?

I have noticed that the R700 sniper is in the weapons guide on the homepage, but the m16 isn't there. They are both starter weapons so why should the R700 be in there and the m16's stats are not? Looks kinda weird not seeing it there.

R700 should be named as M700, there is no such thing as R700.
If ur talking about cars, the R700, then yes, it's legit.
You can see stats in storage, if that is what your trying to say.

its not a noobie weapon, it just takes more skill than scar L, but thats just too much work for everyone..he has a good point it should also be posted there too

Actually the spray pattern goes up(and hit the head if your shooting chest). Shoot a wall and you will see, but only if it's fully repaired or mostly repaired.
