does low sensitivity make you play better?

4 is pretty bad.. No way to turn around I don't know.. It just may be me..
I play 85-100
Yep, but i have a large mousemat so doing a 180 is about 8 inches either way. it may sound excessive but its really not.
Saying that it also depends on your mouse settings. iv got mine at 1600 dpi lolz -

Its about control...
While I have no clue who you are talking about when you say "pros" I am going to take a guess here and say those "pros" don't play with regular mice. They most likely will be using a gaming grade mouse, in other words a mouse that runs at least 500 hz with 1000-2000 dpi (however some may prefer lower dpi but meh).
Now, how does this relate to your question? If you played with 2000 dpi on 20 sensitivity it would be very difficult to control. Having a higher dpi while a lower sensitivity means your movement will be closer to pixel perfect. For this reason, many players prefer to play with all forms of mouse accel turned off.
More or less, if you don't have a high dpi mouse don't bother using a low sensitivity. In general as a rule of thumb you should be able to turn 180 degrees, after that its about personal preference. Playing with a higher dpi will allow you to flick to targets faster, however a lower dpi tends to make it easier to aim accurately (increase stability). -
I used to be a very high sens player until one day a guy that was just wrecking face in CS told me, "Yo your sensitivity is way too high."
So I turned it down and I played awful, it was tough to adjust. I went from just playing with my wrist to actually swiping my arm at times to make fast turns.
However, after I adjusted, my gameplay improved a lot. I was making shots I never could before, and I sprayed a lot less. -

I would say that it does and I would highly suggest trying it out for a couple weeks. It really adds to how well you can control your aim, and also helps with making precise movements. For long range shots using only your wrist, you will notice that finer adjustments to your aim can be made. You just have to learn to also use your arm more and swipe across a larger area quickly to make bigger turns (it really helps to have like a foot of space on your desk for this). Just experiment with lower sensitivities and find something that allows you to make precise shots, but something that you still can control. Take a look at Bruce's thread for ideas.

you really can't compare the in-game sensitivity since every mouse has different dpi in their actual mouse
my mouse(Razer Mamba) can go up to 5600 dpi. which is the dpi I use with my in-game sensitivity of 0
it's still pretty good for me for my rifles
