Error on signing our clan up for the tourney

i signed up the clan [P]rØÐiGy.™ (rank 3) for the tournament.. i was rushed to sign ppl up and i signed one player that doesn't even want to be in the tournament and might not even be on around the time of the tourney.

is there any way i can replace this player with another before the tournament starts??
