An improved tip for improving your fps in vista
ok here we go, i don't know if most pple know about this alrdy and i'm not trying to sound like an expert or anything, just trying to help out, so pls dont troll.
1. click Start menu ->
2. right click on Computer -> Properties->
3. click on Advanced systerm settings under Tasks at top left hand side of ur screen ->
4. click Advanced on top -> click Settings under Performance ->
5. under Visual effects, choose Custom -> untick everything.
6. Press ok, close all windows.
Hope this helps, it has certainly improved my fps dramatically, i used to have 30 ish fps in 8v8, now i have around 60-70, even 90 sometimes

I actually tried this yesterday morning but when i unticked everything it just looked like win 95 and i started to freak out and eventually put it back to normal. Maybe ill just use this in serious games, i guess its worth trying. Thank you for sharing.
