Hacked account....

Ok,at first i thought i forgot my password cause it is a password with numbers.
But now i see somebody played on it on 07/11/2010.I sent a ticket to Z8 regarding this.
I remember previous password,email and i might remember my security answer.
Does anyone know when i would get a response?
I sent a ticket 3 hours ago.It is currently 10:33 am in my country.
If it takes days for them to respond then I'm sorry to make this thread.

Yeh, it should take a couple of days.

I send a ticket for something and got my response back in 4 days, so just be patient and wait.

what u need to do

i lost my acc several times:P but what u need to do is: before log in on ur acc on z8 page,at the right on ur log in box,its a thing called lostid/passward/security question.Just click on that and then its pop out a box to enter ur email(the email that ur acc was made) after that just whait less then a minute and z8 will send u an email(to that mail) with all the details from ur acc(ign,created date and PASSWARD).after u get it back sign in to z8 and go to acc management and change ur passward again and never gove it to anyone:P....

yea for me it was the same! My acc got hacked by a noob and i pressed the forgot password button! then u have to answer your security question and they will send u your ip with a new password(most time it has letters AND numbers) then log in on z8games.com go on my account then account management and there just tipe in the current password(the one u got in the email) and your new password and now you r done!^^ Hope I could help you!

doesn,t matter cuz the email u used to make ur acc he doesnt know him,so u can get it all back if u do like i told u. Btw to change the id of an acc costs 9k zp i guess,so i dont think he changed.Just try like i told u and write back

Yea,but u can change the Email that it send the email to.So he probably changed it.
EDIT:I see what u mean now.But i have 1 problem.I got more then 1 account on the same email i think.
EDIT2:Nvm that about more accounts on the same email.I remember what email it is now but i have no access to it anymore.Would Z8 be able to contact MSN to retrieve the password?Cause i don't remember the password anymore and i tried to get it back but doesn't work.

I want my CF account back.And i dont remember the password for the registered email adress.
I remember previous password and i remember my security answer.
