My Lower FPS
Once i got the internet back i downloaded CF.
But it took about 30 mins in total just to get into a match.
I managed to get in(but no able to play)and when i clicked tab,my ping was 31,and my FPS was 5.
Just a couple of mins ago i did the same thing,i hit tab,waited for about 1 min,then the scores showed.
It showed my ping was 32,and my FPS was 2.I dun think even a graphics card would fix this,or would it?

i wish i knew how to fix this i have same prob but not as bad but mine stays at around 10 to 15 or so dose seam a lot harder to play and i find ur guns dont work right with low fps the dont fire as fast as should at all it suck big time , oh and my ping is around 50 or so -

Wth, your computer is rubbish, that is the reason why you have that problem.
I used 2500+ three years ago, and that computer has retired for a long time. And 224 MB of RAM, it is definitly not enough for CF, get 1 G. -

I can't just "get" a new computer. -
i dont think u got to buy a new pc, but the ram is definetely the thing to improve as 224mb is not enough. if i buy it here in europe, 1GB ram for your pc would cost appr. 5-10 euros.I can't just "get" a new computer.
same for ur graphics. check out which card u got and look out for a used 9500 (or similar). atm a used one at ebay costs up to ten euros.
check some second-hand shops and i bet CF will run w/o spending that much money. -

Depending the age of the motherboard he might need to upgrade that too in order to take the new ram etc
224 ram, so 32 is reserved for an onboard video card?

i tried to find what video card it has but i dont know where to look but my fps is always low , when i bought this i paid extra for a better video card so it should be good but i cant find where it say what type i have
and I get 40-90 FPS
