need help cant get on!

ok so when i open cf takes a lil while opens up when i get to the log in it starts going wierd i get pop ups and one pop up that comes saying if i want to download something then it dissapeers. the name of that popup that opens and dissapeers is called navcanci :S i need help!

Lol Ok for some reasons this started happening today. When i logged in, the game crashed then after that i couldnt open it again. This white small box pops up when I press 'Start Game'. I tried again and again, it just wont work. (I reinstalled, same problem.)
