The Camo-weapons, AK, deagle AWM, AUG
Do they have any difference to their GP counterparts stats wise,( I know they have more ammo) like do they have different spray patterns or reload faster?
I have been hearing different things and I personally don't see a difference in performance.

From my experience the Deagle Camo reloads faster than the normal one.

The Ak47 camo seems to shoot a LITTLE faster

I know that the AWM and AUG have no difference than the their counterparts other than ammo and looks. As for the AK and Deagle, idk.

I can't say about the deagle, but the Ak47, Ak57-Camo, and Ak75-Knife all have the same draw & reload times.

The camo variants typically have more damage and/or faster fire rate. The fire patterns are about the same in my experience though.
Draw times I haven't seen much of a difference. The Deagle seems to have a bit of a difference but it's hard to tell.

As far as I know camo versions of guns do no extra damage. The camo deag and the black anaconda seem the only guns that reload faster than their normal counterparts. The Camo Aug may as well but I don't own it and not many people do. So I'm not sure.

Deagle camo reloads a little faster, AND, and it's only vague, it is /slightly/ less accurate. Mostly while on the move. The difference is incredibly vague, though, and not enough to take away from the Deagle Camo being the better gun.
