Game problem

Since the past 3 days, every time i try to log in CF, gameguard stops at step 4, and says failed to connect[...]. Even when i get through game guard, when i get into a server, i usually get this


When i can play and scrim, i DC almost after each Half or Hack tool has been detected.

Hope you guys can fix this.
