From what I've read, it has to be in Echo?
I live in Europe. So can I only fight EU players? Or do I have to go to Echo Server?
If so, then I'll pass this one and wait for an EU only Draft.

A majority of the players will be from Europe, as stated, if all players on both teams agree to play in the UK server, then you are allowed to do so. :]

Is it good if I lag (lag spike) a bit? My little brother always play on the computer at the same time when I play CF.
He is downloading Borderlands and Fallout 3 at the same time while watching Ray William Johnson and Let's Play (game) on YouTube. He's doing this for like... 5 days now?

Why did you ban both breath down and axe? then on the other hand you allow silenced ZP weapons INCLUDING a ZP crate weapon and gold weapons.

Just one more concern, will ping play a role in the way players are chosen and matches played? Cause usually when a player like me plays a 14 pinger, hits don't register...jus wondering.

It's supposed to be played with BL being a challenge.
I must agree with you guys on axe. But Kolby had different things in his head.

Oh so you're letting mr.pug=draft make the rules.

That explains everything. Yeah I totally agree, instead of making both teams equal for a fair match so it's skill vs skill, give one team the upper hand, an advantage if you will.

IF and ONLY IF you get any good GM players to show up for this draft of yours, I can tell you now GR will show up notorious.

Good luck on the draft though!
