Buying ZP with "free" credit... Pls read! :)

Hi I have a question about mobile billing for ZP:
I receive ''free credit'' when I top up my mobile using a tesco pay as you go sim card, this free credit lasts a month and any not spent is lost after this month, can I buy ZP using this free credit or do I loose out on normal credit?
I asked with a ticket but haven't had a reply and it's been like a week.

Yes you can, I know i did... just make sure you have enough funds in your cellphone "card" when you buy those... i've bought mine with mopay ( or is it paymo? )

I have exactly the same thing (With tesco)

And no you can't. I tried. Ignore what others say, you just can't.
