Do any GMs actually look at these suggestions?

GM Light used to be in charge of the Suggestions forum, but as far as I know she's gone.
I suppose a GM will pop in if there are any amazing suggestions that receive a lot of support, but don't expect the GMs to post here a lot. They'll be busy working on other aspects of the game.
Edt: oopsie, this is the Maps forum. I think Fallenangel made the most posts here, but that was only for a short while. Don't expect many GM posts here either. -

really. What other aspects? Crossfire is hardly updated and when it is, there are no anti-hacks, a new map once in a blue moon, maybe a new wep, and the Gliches/random sticking. If you ask me, Z8 is doing the same quality updates/patches. As far as I am concerned, they arent working as hard as they should, -
