Events? Tell me what u think
Event
Info: The event will happen every Saturday or Sunday or a certain date that can work every week at the same time. A message on the announcement board will say “Events starting soon” and the person hosting the events will make a room in a designated server and channel. He/she will name the room accordingly to the type of event with a password, then post the Server, Channel, Room and password on the announcement board. Once the room is filled with people who are online they person hosting the room will begin telling them the rules.
Rules: The rules are pretty straight forward; the usual will apply to all players. Meaning no hacking, swearing, glitching etc. If someone is caught doing this during an event than they will be kicked and dealt with appropriately. Also these games don’t all have to work like public matches. They could be Free for All’s or knives only or whatever the host wants to put. The winners of these events will get prizes.
Prizes: These prizes can vary to what the GM’s would like, but they should never change. Ex The top 3 people in a FFA match can get 20,000gp, 15,000gp, 10,000gp. Also the winners on both BL and GR will win prizes no matter if they win or lose. Although the winning top 3 players will receive more, depending on the type of event.
Event Types: These events can include any type FFA, GM, Knifes only Etc and any map. This should vary every week, or depending what the host wants.
Dates: Although this type of event does not have to happen at the same time every week, it would be preferred by many players so that it will be easier for all players to have a fair advantage at winning this event.
****Note... The room name should be named close to that of the room type. Ex. If the room type is Knifes only, then the name could be Knifes of Greatness or something of that nature.
