I met all requirements to play Crossfire, but my game still lags. So sad, can anyone help me out?

Make sure you are running a wired connection...meaning no wireless. Also try running gamebooster. It does help alot. Get it here http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html

Uhm, post your specs here. Remember that meeting the required specs just by a little means you can play it, but not necessarily at a quality that you would like.

I use Gamebooster - No Luck
I have a 1MB DSL and I'm the only one using it.
I have 3.2 processor, 2GB RAM, VIA Chrome9 HC IGP as my video card.

My guess is that you need to either update your video card drivers or just simply lower the setting in-game of the graphics which can help a lot.

I will try to update my video card. I have tried to lower my settings, but no luck.

I would follow klowns advice and do the card driver updates. You should be able to play this easily. I also play on my laptop which isnt the highest of graphics. I did have problems with my bigger machine at one point though. I have 3.2 ghz processor with twin 512 sapphire cards running 4 20" monitors on catalyst. I do have 4 gigs ram. I uninstalled the game and installed it under safe mode and all was fine. If you do wind up doing the uninstall make sure you delete the reg values and folders created for CF. Let me know if you need more help.

I have 200+ PING always, when the new patch was launched I had 250 - 350 PING at Alpha and Bravo server

Now, I play at West Coast and have 280 PING and I'm ruining their games xD

yeah ur ping will still be fairly high
although... it wil be about 130 ish which is playable although when the UK server comes my ping will be like 9
