Zp points surveys issue

i did some cellphone offers and when i look at my account points it says i have 0 it took me a long time too. The first time it worked i got my 2k gp and spended it now its not working

In the window of "Earn Free ZP" its says i'v 2475 ZP

But ingame its only say i have 225 zp, why? O.O

Yep. I know...

I know, a couple of my surveys didnt work.. I got 900 But I was suppose to have enough for my AWM but it didnt take action to my account.

same with me here. yesterday i had 2.5 k zp and today i only have 400 total. i checked my account and it still says i have 0 though

i did netflixs and blockbuster free trial and got nothing i did alot of surveys and nothing
i hear about people getting zp but were mine at i understand i might have messed up on the surveys but i dl the wizard 101 game play it for a few to nothing
i have confirmation on netflixs and blockbuster from my cc in email

I think the highest payout of zp for one survey is 725, and of course they add up, but last night Shaggy and I saw that many countries can not use the free zp tool, a shame really
and im sure very frustrating for you.

I have such problem:

First of all I cant do crap in that rewardTool when I click arrows nothing change:


Second when I click on that lotto thingy it opens a new window and its loading a second later

Pops up and its redirecting me and redirecting and finally it loads this:


And mainly I cant do anything on this site theres only login option.What should I do?Wait for some fix or theres some problem by my side?My friend has the same thingy with this free ZP.
