Problems with posting

I seem to be haveing difficulty posting, or even replying to posts. When i log in to forums the forum rules at bottom left of page tells me i cant post anything.
I log out and try logging in again. It tells me i can post replys and edit my posts, but it also tells me i cant start new threads...... So i log out and try again. Third time lucky, now I can suddenly post new, edit old, and reply to posts.
Is this just a bit of S.N.A.F.U from the site, or something else tech oriented i may not be privy to ?

I have the same problem, however i have found a solution for this. First, you have to go to the forums and make sure you log in first. Then you can't post, but go to this link: http://forum.z8games.com/usercp.php if you see your user CP screen, then you can go back and post .

BTW, it's a strange solution, but it works for me.
