Highping!!!!!! Low fps!!!!!!!

im havin difficulties with my ping and fps

after patch june24th....i live in sao paulo brazil.....ping 171(lowest ping i can get)wuz my good ping.....now after patch....o my god my ping could never get below 250 ping...its riduculous....my clan wuz not happy w/ me cuz i cant kill ppl w/ my ping.....z8games plz fix da problem!!!!.........if u can, make servers for brazil too cuz, 65% of da gamers are brasilians...we are havin bad ping.tha best clan SNYPERS are a brasilian clan.....thank you if u read this

i solved my ping and my FPS the problem was my computer was to over heated in a room that was like +30 T.T with my sweat witch made the room all humid

ye after patch.......i cant get my ping lower than 250....i live in brazil thats why....but b4 i had 170(best ping i could hav).....plz make brazil servers and fix patch z8games
