Exception on crossfire

Hello everybody,

Im having a issue with crossfire it has happend to me several times but i didnt really tought about getting any help. Anyway this time i took a screenshot so people can see it.
It says something about a software exception. It happend while trying to join a game.

My system specs are:
Manufacturer:
TOSHIBA

Processor:
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual-Core Processor TK-57 (2 CPUs), ~1.9GHz

Memory:
2GB RAM

Hard Drive:
320 GB

Video Card:
ATI Radeon X1200

Sound Card:
(Numark USB Audio - WDM 2.8.9)

Monitor:
ATI Radeon X1200 [Display adapter] Generic PnP Monitor (15.4"vis)

Operating System:
Windows Vista™ Home Premium (6.0, Build 6002) Service Pack 2 (6002.lh_sp2rtm.090410-1830)

ok i know this is a old topic but i started it and sometimes i keep gettin the same thing on crossfire, sometimes crossfire closes after a match.

thats a memory issue and windows vista eats up way to much memory so thats your fail right there windows vista it needs to die seriusly, go downloaded advanced system care and it has 3 tabs at the top right i think its tools you click and it will have pictures with names one should say SmartRam click that and let it free up a ton of memory
