MFC Errors

Every so often I'll get some MFC errors and have to shut down CF. I'm pretty tech savvy (I even have Visual Studio 2008 installed, but I'm not sure what to look for if I did debug the error).

What do you need from me to post information to be helpful? Event Logs?
