Very very low fps ingame,HELP please...

hey ppl when i'am playing cf i have very low fps about 10-30fps OMFG i cant even play,everything laggs,i have good connection and i think i shouldnt have such low fps when playing,can u plz help me how to resolve this problem?

this is my connection rate:


this is my computer system:
os ms vista ultimate edition sp3

nvidia gf 8800gt
4gb ram kingmax 800mhz
asrock conroe 1333 sata 2 motherboard
intel pentium 4 3ghz (7yrs old
ps chieftec 550w

you should right click ur dekstop and go to personilize and go to teams, switch it to windows classic than u wont lagg xD and download game booster

-Game Booster realy help!!!
-press on your battery and mark the high power.
-and keep it (800/600) in the CF and make the other setings high you will get no lag

i already have game booster and ive put 800*600 pix but its still low fps,usually optimal fps for playing is 60fps i have 10-30fps,max 80 when are 3-4player in the room

headbang your battery advice is good,i think my fps will be higher now because it was set to balanced mode ive put it now to high performances,its should be better now i hope soo,tnx very much for your advice ill let u know if i get some changes with high performances power

ps.i am using desk computer not laptop

sorry,
try to press right click on the patch and properties go to Compatibility mark disable visual theme.
that all i know i think you got an virus try other game and see if you lag.

yo i got my problem resolved i have old(like 8-9yrs) crt computer monitor 17' sony and its doesnt have good hertz refresh rate,ive just drop my resolution to 800*600 and ive put hertz refresh to 100,now i can play fine

if somebody doesnt know how to increase your hertz refresh rate do this:
1.right click on properties on desktop
2.go to settings
3.select advanced
4.click on tab "monitor"
the lower resolution the higher refresh rate,with 800*600resolution u get highest refresh rate what your computer monitor is cappable to give
5.mark on "hide modes that...display" and select biggest refresh rate which is allowed

ps.ive put myself new os windows xp professional sp3
