So, I just sent a support ticket to z8 cuz I forgot my security question and email.

I was wondering how they will respond, because I didn't include an email in the ticket. And when will I get their response.

Please someone who has actually done this before answer, and if a mod responds that would be really helpful

You just check http://support.z8games.com/support_contacthistory.aspx. If there is a reply, it says "REPLIED". Click on your question to see the reply message.

Chances are it won't get answered until tomorrow. The GMs work normal office hours, and mods don't handle tickets. If it doesn't get answered within a day or so, try PMing a GM.
