bunny hop help plzz

ok i saw Gh[0]st trying forward bunny hop it looked really cool... so i stela my m8's acc and try i fail epicly so i try back and i still fail but not so much i was wondering if someone could help me learn plz id apreciate it:)

i hope you can pull it off.
i've seen very few succeed, many try.
when it's done right, you are 100% invisible, but stall make noise, so do it quick.
don't give your target time to pinpoint you with your breath.

I can bunny hop ngoing forward but very slowly and i can do sideways but slowly!

Its pretty easy....Only people with maybe 100 gamma or people with extreme sense of breath can get me ^^

ye i was trying for ages last night and i think im getting the hang of it and if i am spotted i do things like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZtuXaceoW8 jump around till i get it goin abit again. but i got my best gm ghost score 7-5 now 2 beat my gr scores

the backwards hop is jump+S together at the same time, then you jump, release, and you press S, and in that way, the problem is that you can't see where you're going
the forward hop is crouching and jumping before you fall, it's weird i still don't get it xD

you dont need to master it, i use it sometimes to get out of sticky situations :P
